New Redmi 5 Plus Charging Stuck at 97% 8.11.8

Hello,
With the last 3 versions my Redmi 5 Plus Vince doesn't charge past 97%.
I'm on 8.11.8 and already tried a clean install with no vail.
Already read about a lot o people with similar issues but didn't find a fix.
Anyone got any solution?

Charge to 100% in recovery, then use terminal and write rm /data/system/battery* and reboot

Already did two times, found the same result.

If it didn't solve, you have to open the phone disconnect battery and connect again

Yea didn't solve, but.
It charge on recovery to 100%.
And if charge to 97% while phone is on and then power off and power on again, it charge the 2% left.

It is a software issue?

I think so.
In my case it begans with Miui10.
On Miui9 didnt have this problem

Confirmed to be a Miui 10 issue.
Flashed Lineage 16 Pie to test and it charged without issues.
