New Mi 4s Stable Rom 7.5.4.0 Mi Drive Doesn't Connect

Yesterday I changed ROM from sMiui to xiaomi.eu stable 7.5.4.0 (with factory reset).

KuiaPan, now called "Mi Drive" in file-explorer doesn#t connect to server.

Any idea?

Addendum:

I installed stable 7.5.3.0 and -- there it works

Also in stable 7.5.4.0 it connects, but doesn't find any files
