I can't use the gesture with nova launcher

Hello sorry for my bad English

After the update at android 12, I lost the gestures for third party launcher, (before the Xiaomi-EU I have the normal global) and when I put nova launcher as the main launcher I lost every option, anyone have some solution to this problem?

Btw I have the mi 10 with the weekly

Gestures are part of MI Launcher
When you use another Launcher gestures will not work
