HyperOS 2.0 HyperOS 2.0 STABLE RELEASE

Since the last update I got an annoying feature, called "Defragmentation" popping up daily or so. I think that made sense with a 400MB mechanical hard drive 25 years ago...
Is there a way to get rid of that?
I can't find a scheduler to switch it off anywhere in the settings or the cleaner app, where i assume it's hidden.
I also found it on my Miro and I haven't found a way yet to disable it. Last time I saw such a thing was on Windows XP lol

Hi I have downloaded Aurora but my PC is not registering my phone. When I run the script Im always met with 'Waiting for device'.

I think its a driver install issue as in device manager my phone has the yellow warning symbol, ADB confrimed.
I have tried researching this but to no avail.
I have downloaded platform tools

Does anyone know where the USB driver is?

Thanks

Hi I Have tried this method already and once I install the drivers the application closes but still no change in device manager or when trying to update from BAT file.

I can get my phone to run into fastboot from my PC through command prompt but no luck in the drivers or ROM update.

Thanks for your suggestion and help

After updating to HyperOS 2.0.7 on my Xiaomi 11 lite 5G NE battery drains faster. Anybody has the same feeling?
Just made an account to say this also. After upgrading to 2.0.7.0 on my Xiaomi 12s, battery drain went up the roofs. I'm losing 20-60% overnight when I sleep. Battery during normal usage is fine though, only happens during standby when sleeping

Would it be possible to have an option so that aod and lockscreen notifications don't dissappear when unlocking the phone? The bigger problem is that if you receive something while the phone is unlocked, when it locks itself nothing will be shown on aod/lockscreen.

after update (LISA) OS2.0.2.0.UKOCNXM to OS2.0.7.0.UKOCNXM via fastboot
1. can't connect wifi (failed to connect to network )and can't use mobile data (appear 5G symbol)
2. often system launcher keeps stopping
how to fix its
Greetings,

Lisa owner here running the 2.0.6.0
Did you manage to solve the issues making a clean install? Or did you downgraded? Appreciated for the reply

Best regards

Does anyone else have sound quality issues over Bluetooth for some devices? Poco F7, the ones using aptx have extremely choppy sound. It's not the headphones, as I use them with other sources just fine. Tried changing codecs in developers option, no change. Also tried other earphones with sbc and ldac and those work fine.

Is anyone else getting bad battery on 15 Ultra (or others)? I'm getting high usage from system. In particular battery guru shows that system launcher is among the top battery hogs. Any suggestions on what to try to fix this?

After updating my Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra (star) to HyperOS 2, the screen flickers or blinks with every notification — even when the screen is already on.
I’ve tried disabling all possible visual effects, including notification effects, floating notifications, and Always-On Display animations.
I also turned off all animations via Developer Options, booted into Safe Mode, and even did a full reset of all settings — but nothing has worked.
This issue only started after the HyperOS 2 update.
I’ve also performed a full reinstallation, but the problem still persists and remains very distracting and frustrating.
Please suggest a possible solution, as this significantly affects usability.
Also, I’m not the only one reporting this bug — other users are experiencing the same problem.

Thanks for the warning. I have updated to hyperos 1.0 latest version on star and do not have this issue. So I will stick with hyperos 1.0 and not update to 2.0.

Okay, i just flashed the newest xiaomi.eu_SHENNONG_OS2.0.208.0.VNBCNXM_15.zip via twrp-3.7.1_14_A15-shennong-Kyuofox.img
on my rooted Xiaomi 14 Pro running OS 2.0.206.0 with Magisk 29.0 And after the "succesfull" flash of the 208 rom
i got these error messages for the mounting afterwards.

  • Fail to mount /system_root (Invalid Argument)
  • Fail to mount /system_ext
  • Fail to mount /vendor
  • Fail to mount /dlkm,

I´m still in recovery and tried to flash the 206 again but i get the same erorrs.
Now i fear after reboot to system i will run into a boot loop.
Any advice how i can safe my data (I did a nandroid backtp with TRWP)
But it´s really a pain in the ass toset up my whole system and apps again.
I just finished my set up today after 3 days of restoring my apps and settings.
Maybe i was just Stupid and forgot to deactivate or unistall root or Magisks before flashing.
Anyways i would suggest to make backup before flashing.

So i will leave my phone in TWRP recovery. i go to sleep for the next 5h and hope someone can help me..

Answering my own question in case someone else is looking for it, it was fixed by disabling absolute volume in that device's Bluetooth options. Apparently it is not uncommon with non-sbc connections.

Okay, thank you, Igor.
Yes, I was too tired, dumb and stressed to just check the FAQ...

Of course my phone started without any issues into the new ROM version.
Too much drama for just not reading

So let me use this opportunity and thank you and the whole team for your brilliant work you do every time on this amazing OS.

Last marble rom updated fine .. no certificate on playstore , the problem is that you can't install module inject apk , said that you can't install an older version , uninstall existing apk file can't be done either.. we need a newer module inject apk or at least to install as a newest apk file...

My device is not don't work in fastboot mode the pc can't see the device.
I had the same issue after update. Check your Device Manager and see if there is a yellow warn sign next to the name of your phone.
If so, then just try this....

  1. Open Device Manager
Press Windows + X → select Device Manager
  2. Find the device with the yellow warning triangle:
It may appear under “Android”, “Unknown Device” or “Other Devices”
  3. Right-click > Update Driver
  4. Choose:
    “Browse my computer for drivers”
  5. Then select:
“Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer”
  6. Click “Show All Devices” → then click Next
  7. In the list:
    • Manufacturer: Google Inc.
    • Model: Android Bootloader Interface
    • → Click Next → Install the driver
After this my device was found again and i could flash TWRP
