Xiaomi Redmi Note 4x Eu Rom Flash

Hello Xiaomi guys!

I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X and i would like to install a stable EU ROM.
I looked at the list on the latest MIUI download page and noticed that it says android 7.0 and i have 6.0.1, will it cause any problems?
Another thing, should i relfash a global stable ROM before this process even if i already have one installed?

I would unlock officialy bootloader, flash fastboot global MIUI ROM(7.0) - just to avoid problems since you are going from android 6.0.1., flash TWRP recovery, then xiaomi.eu ROM...

Weekly rom is Android 7, stable is still Android 6.

I have an unlocked bootloader, i couldn't find the 7.0 global rom that you are talking about.
Maybe i should flash the stable with android 6?

Weekly rom is Android 7, stable is still Android 6.

Google apps are included in the rom so no need to flash anything before rom except TWRP recovery of course.
