Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro - Problem With Charging With Pc

Hi all,
this morning i've installed miui 7.5 xiaomi.eu version and then i was ready to charge my phon via USB (2.0 or 3.0 doesn't make difference), but i noticed that the percentuage of my battery is stuck at the same number. I mean, the smartphone starts charging but if my battery is at 60%, it will remains at 60%, like if i charge an iPad via computer.

I don't have this type of problem charging via power supply (2.1 amp) or power bank (1.5).

Can someone help me? Thanks.

U a not alone, my phone is not charging from PC. Even with USB3. Is annoying, i was used to charge mobile to PC or laptop, but it seems to RM3 not working.

Charging my Redmi Note 3 Pro through my USB 3 at 1.5 A rate.
Went into my computer BIOS to enable USB 3 charging option.
Have AMD motherboard.
