Why Downloads app don`t show downloaded files?

If I download file from browser or mail app, the Downloads app don`t show downloaded files. A downloaded files showed only in Browser menu. In Downloads app showed just GooglePlay downloads.

I don`t undestand it.

Somebody can explain it?

use the three dots in the upper right corner to setup the path.

after you have chossen your path, you have to confirm it with "OK" on the lower right corner

Yes, my use the three dots in the upper right corner, and setup the path (/storage/sdcard0/Download folder), and confirm by OK button.

And files downloaded in /storage/sdcard0/Download folder.

But any files downloaded over Browser don`t show in Downloads app, just in Browser menu,
