viber issue on 4g-lte version

I am having problems with ''VIBER'' on the latest update MIUI version on Red Note 4G-LTE Single SIM, cant get my contacts its empty even with google synced with it. But when i use whatsapp the same way you install it, i find my

Same problem here with Whatsapp. On Xiomi Redmi Note 4G with Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G LTE - Stable 15.0.0 Multilang.

Anyone got a solution?
