New Unknown ringtone

Hello,
after upgrading to 8.8.3 (Redmi Note 5 / whyred) the default ringtone of message got changed to nature sound or something like that. I wanted to change that. When I've change that sound, I send a message from another mobile to test if it works but there was no change. In options there was againg unknown ringtone. Finally, I did factory reset without any change. Any solutions? Thanks.
