There is a link on every thread of weekly rom, you must donwnload the kenzo one, whic is the code name of your phone

You'll need to be confirmed at official mi site with getting bootloader unlocked first, I highly recommend doing that before going to the thread about getting TWRP on Redmi Note 3 Pro.
