TWRP doesn't have access to many partitions

Hi, I purchased used Mi 10 (umi) a year ago. I updated official software to Miui 13 and realised the main camera isn't working. I'm almost sure it wasn't before. So I was triggered to flash Xiaomi eu with Fastboot. Downloaded the eu rom and a twrp. As only I go to twrp many partitions are inaccessible. I see partitions: system, product, vendor, odm and others but only Metadata and cache are checkable. Problem is system, product, vendor and a few others aren't mounted. Anyone knows the problem? I searched many topics and

As only I want to directly reboot fastboot from twrp, the phone reboots itself, goes to twrp informing me about going to Fastboot mode. It lasts endlessly. Then everything I can do is to reboot the device
