Torch and flashlight not working

Miuiandroid 3.3.29
Fullwipe/factory reset and flashing different roms (Dev. / JLB 12 / QCS99) did not help.
Could anybody give advice?

Did you make this procedures through CWM or system recovery? Did you try Lenoxx or WIUI either? If you done all the steps correctly it's a hardware problem not a software one.

CWM.
Every Rom except Lenoxx.
A few days ago it still worked. Never had any problems with that.
Are you sure that it has to be a hardware problem?
