Switching to Stock kernel without backup

Good evening.
Friends, the new update came today and I switched to it, but I forgot to take a backup of the kernel. I want to try it because the performance mode came in this update. How do I return to the stock kernel without a backup?

Your kernel is in your boot.img file
No need to back it up.
If you want to revert to a previous rom, simply follow the flashing procedures of the rom.

Except you mean something else by the word "kernel"
