STweaks on MI2?

Hi,
Just read something about the STweaks app available in the market.
It supposedly works on kernels other than the siyah kernel from SII & SIII too.
It has a tweak option for boosting the sound volume of different things on your device, like speaker, headphones etc.
Is this app safe to try or can i damage my phone doing this?

Btw,
on the download page of the STweaks app it is mentioned that it should work so long as your kernel supports /res/uci.sh
Does the Xiaomi MI2 kernel support that?

Also, if we would use it, then what is the max dB volume we can set it to, which is supported by our MI2's hardware?

I doubt it is supported, stweaks doesn't work with stock kernel on my SGS2.. Just install it, there is no harm in trying.

Try app volume+ from play store. There is a free one too with a little bit less options.

It works just fine for me
