stuck at twrp

Hi, I had PA Quartz 5 on my 9T Pro and tried to install xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK20ProMI9TPro_20.9.24_v12-10.zip but something went wrong and now I'm stuck at twrp and it's not asking me for decryption password anymore.

adb works and I'm using Linux. any advice on how to fix this without fully wiping the phone? maybe some images that I can selectively flash using fastboot?

I just tried adb push the zip to /sideload and install from there. allegedly it worked... but I back at twrp anyway

I didn't want to lose all app settings and stuff... but well.... I got my phone back. Thank you @Poney70
