Standard Firmware - Result Not Standard (help Please)

I have a smartphone "xiaomi redmi note 3 pro 32GB" two days
Problem:
flash device through MiFlash (XiaoMiFlash) - "kenzo_global_images_6.12.8_20161208.0000.00_6.0_global_08f524df3a"
I press the power button, MI icon and then hangs get a screenshot:

MiFlash again and select flash_all option. Redownload rom just to be sure there is no corruptions.

It did not help, i try all options - not work (and MiFlash, and XiaoMiFlash)

Try wipe & reset from recovery.
