Stable Releases/miuiv8.2 For Hm Note 4

Hello, looking for stables roms in: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=154258 I´ve seen that there are two stables roms for HM Note4 and both have the same name: xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote4_V8.2.2.0.MBFCNDL_v8-6.0.zip. One was posted on April 12, 2017 and the second one on Apr 29, 2017. Anyone can explain which is the difference between them?

Be careful, because redmi note 4 is a generico device, no clue if is mediatek or snapdragon,

Mine is MediaTek MT6797M (Helio X20), so I´m not trying anyone.
