RPC error.

Good morning, I've tried to install the latest xiaomi.eu rom, it failed with an error 7 although I've downloaded the right file. When I rebooted my phone, it said that it's locked because I lost it, and when I try to log in my xiaomi account, it says that it's impossible giving me this RPC error. How can I solve this?

The same thing happened......
(I disabled a system application and then the phone closed)
