Rn3 Sd V8.0.1.0.lhocndg To Global ?

I have a Redmi Note 3 SD. It had a global rom installed, I used MiPC Suite to update it without realising it would install the China Rom. I am now trying to install a global rom with no success.

I have a locked bootloader but understand I can install a stable global through MiFlash or MiPCSuite.

I have downloaded ..
miui_HMNote3ProGlobal_V8.0.1.0LHOMIDG_8976c33651_5.1

MiFlash report no Flash_all.bat when this file is extracted
MiPCSuite doesn't see this file when put in Downloaded folder
Updater App in Phone reports "Can't verify File"

I have also downloaded ..

kenzo_global_images_v8.0.1.0.LHOMIDG_20160805.000.29_5.1_global_5e65360aff

Same 3 results in MiFlash, MiPCSuite and Updater App

Is there a Global Rom I can use with MiFlash?

Can Anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, I just want a working Global rom so I can use this phone.
I have applied for a boot loader unlock and awaiting a response.

First you have to rename Fastboot file to .TGZ extension then you will see all files.
