New Redmi Note 2 With 5.9.2 - No Sd Card Write Permission

No write permission to sd card with third party file explorers. The stock "File Explorer" is working.
Solid Explorer sais "Error Requested file was not found. Path: /storage/sdcard1" and RootExplorer just crashes when creating an folder. Both have root permission. The Grant Permission in Lollipop seems to be broken.

That is normal for Android 5+. I presume that the same thing is with MIUI.
Root and use sdfix from play store.

Use app SDfix on play store I think that it resolve problem
