Redmi 5 plus to unlock again if bootloader accidentally locked!

Can some experts explain this on any Xiaomi Smartphones .....

I have already unllocked the bootloader for quite sometimes so to fastboot to relock again.
Then after a while wanted to unlock again! How to go about it? Reason is to install custom rom then later back to stock rom!

Have had many xaiomi phones and once I unlocked the first one I have unlocked all the others without needing permission again as it looks like permission to unlock is to your account , I just used the unlock tool again using my account number.

Thank you very much for the info. So just use the Mi unlock app again exist the first time unlocking it !
Do you need to bind both Mi account and your phone together? Cheeers

From memory it just let me unlock witout binding together, I think the ability to unlock is bound to your account number
