Invalid [Redmi 5] [9.8.1] Speaker is turned on by default

Dears,
Good day:
Kindly be informed that I have a bug on dialer app, whenever I dial a number or receive a call, the speaker is turned on by default.
but when I restart the phone everything is working as it should, a few couple hours, the problem appears again.

If I remember well there should be an aption under "Accessibility" that force the use of the speaker while on a call, did you check this thing?
