Redmi 3 Boots Until Mi Icon

Have a problem with a new redmi 3. At first start , it started normally. Language, etc. could be set .
Then it made of itself a reboot and after LockScreen it went down again . Now the phone boots endlessly until Mi icon .
All hour it takes time in the menu to it after few seconds shuts down again .
Now can I ever by what you do with it ? but Fastboot mode is another Fastboot Rome I can not bottle .
Error: Device is Looked . Can someone help me?

You need to boot to download mode (link) and MiFlash factory image.

IIRC download mode had timeout, don't wait long after pressing download button from phone to start sending image from MiFlash.

Pres power botton velume + velume - togheter,the phone is vibrate(this is dowload mode,black screen) conect mi flash and instal dev chinese rom,work 100%
