Hello,
You have to flash it in recovery mode. 1st rename file as update.zip (always lowercase). Copy to internal memory card.
Restart the phone holding volume+ until recovery and flash.

Sorry, don't know if it works for 1s. but at least I think you should be able to flash it and try.

I tried and it's not working, we should get cwm for this phone as soon as possible

Are you root ? I read you have to be root to make it work.

Yes i am rooted, no i dont't like swiftkey but i like google keyboard which i use now but only problem is that i do not have all emojis, do you know how to fix that?

There's no way I know of, but change keyboard. Go keyboard is fine, but I don't like it. If I find something better I'll let you know.

Okay, there is xperia keyboard on playstore but i am unable to install it

Don't need to flash just install.

Once installed set as default keyboard and go to
Smart Keyboard PRO settings
and choose
language > language selection key > select emoji

If you can't find it here, you'll have to download emoji keyboard (download dictionary in smart keyboard settings).

Yes i did and its samr as google keyboard but has annoying key delay and lags
