Problem With Miflash / Hardbrick

I have Redmi Note 4 snapdragon. I got it from my sister but. There is black screen, when i put it to charge there are red light blinking. I can get to fastboot recovery ect. I can find device in system device like qdloader but mi flash give me errorrzekroczono limit czasu zapisu. (it's mean error: Writetime limit exceeded) or he count write time out try agian 1 to 100 and after he WriteFile position xxxxxx0000, size 131072.
I try deep flash cable, other pc, other system pc, other roms and lot more. Do you have any sugestion?

it's good now you have to download the fastboot versioning for your xiaomi

but even without test point or deep flash cable, he found me like on picture

on second link he have 8.2.2 i have:
8.3.15
8.3.8
9.2.1

I cant get to fastboot I dont know why, he olways freez while coping NON-HLOS.bin

It look like he is in loop because give error "write time out try agian x" count to 100 and WriteFile position xxx00000, size 131072 and again can I speed this if it able to do it I'll be happy because I save a lot of time
