Installed the weekly build yesterday. When I tried to root it from TWRP, it was just black screen (Power btn + Vol Up). Now I'm stuck with an unrooted build with no TWRP.

Ok, first check that you have the bootloader open, so connect the phone to the PC in fastboot mode and run the cmd.exe command and type fastboot oem device-info. If it gets true, open. If you have it open again install twrp 3.0.3.0 per adb. Wait for it to reboot, turn on twrp mode, and install superuser 2.79 stable. I have it and it works
