Phone not starting

Hi,

I've just received my Red Rice 1S this evening. But the phone does not start.

I've correctly removed the battery protection without success.

When I plug the phone with the battery inside, nothing happen (no led blink).

When I plug the phone without the battery inside, the led blink with a medium duration light and then a short one.

Does any one have an idea of the problem ?

I bought the phone on ibuygou.com, and wanted to check if i did something wrong before asking to support.

Probably your battery is empty.
Charging is sometimes an problem also with mine. Most of the time, charging works fine. Sometime it doesn't.

Put the battery out.
Next, put it in.
Connect the USB cable.
The led should light up continuously.
Now the phone is charging power.
After fully charging, the phone will boot up.

Try another battery, if you have one.
Otherwise let your battery be checked in a local store.

This morning, the phone was charging correctly after a night withe battery inside the phone and not pluged to power cable.
