PC Suite / Full back-up

Is there a PC Suite for the POCO X3 Pro, or an alternative? I want to make a full backup, but not in the cloud or on the phone itself.

Maybe you can try this one, its in Chinese though, it might be a bit challenging to use it

I am planning on using it later today for my redmi not 10 pro since its been stuck in bootloop and i have to try and get my data back and then format the phone back to factory settings
