Hello all,

I have bought an MIPAD2, but the seller sold me a Windows 10 version. I want the MIUI version.
Have readed the tutorial but did not find anything: http://en.miui.com/thread-243286-1-1.html this one doesen help me out here at all.
Because when i use the flash_all.bat i come in fastboot and have the ''oppertunity'' to unlock the bootloader after pressing yes the mi bunny splits in half and nothing happening anymore.....

So i tried something my own

But it doesent work at all Who can help me out here....
I am now again at the full fastboot, and waithing for support what to doo

So.. you are missing one important step. You can only do "fastboot flash .. " after you do "fastboot boot loader.efi " and the bunny appears.

I converted my mipad2 from windows to MIUI with this tutorial http://en.miui.com/thread-239056-1-1.html

From step7, of unlocking the BL i cannot go further.

The tablet doesent boot up again it stays with the bunny. this happening more times still same issue...

That's right. But you have to do that only once. After the "fastboot oem unlock" and restart the tablet, you can continue the commands, just bypass the "fastboot oem unlock..

Ok, then you must do:

fastboot flash oemvars (oemvars.txt)

but instead writing oemvars.txt, you drag the oemvars.txt to your command prompt and close brackets. It should be something like this..

fastboot flash oemvars (C:\Users\YOUR_USER\Desktop\latte_images_V7.5.2.0.LACCNDE_20160523.0000.23_5.1_cn\images\oemvars.txt)
