Note 9 Pro Global unlock bootloader

Hi, I have a Note 9 Pro (joyeuse) Global stuck to 12.0.3.0 official rom. I want to unlock bootloader to install last xiaomi.eu version, but I find no other way tha wait for Xiaomi unlock time. Is there another way to speed up process? I have to leave for business and I'd like to update my phone before leaving. Thank you!

Did you unlock the bootloader and do anything else?? Just got second hand Note 9 pro with similar situation as yours, so trying to figure out things.
