Unfortunately, the Redmi Watch 5 doesn't have volume normalization yet.
There is no warranty that Xiaomi adds it in a future update. In the meantime, try adjusting volume from the earbuds directly it sometimes helps keep it stable.
Try this, there is no other way anyway.
