Need Source Code for Mi3

As stated in this article published on September 17(2013) that there will be kernel source code of Mi3 released.
It's already 10 months and there is no release of source codes.

It's buying point for many people because it makes CM for this device possible.

Will we be getting it any time soon?

MIUI is also available on many other devices.
For folks in India, price is buying point not MIUI.

Wrong. MIUI is factory system on MI3. Others have only ports. That's big difference.

I think MI2/s wont be supported anymore so they released source code but MI3 is still supported.

The whole vantagepoint for Xiaomi is to have Miui on theire phones. They barely make any money on the phone itself. It's miui that drags in the cash with the music service, download, theme shop etc. If get CM on the phone a lot of revenue will get lost from Xiaomi and they might have to raise the price on the phone itself.

And why whould you want anything other? Miui is by far one of the best Android releases i've seen in my days,
