Invalid Navigation buttons are invisible

Navigation buttons are invisible only a white bar is showing. Is there a fix? My phone is MI 8.

A white bar huh? Did you update the MIUI launcher to an alpha release?

No. I just updated the miui version and the buttons just disappeared.

I'm on full screen gestures now

In a version I've had that white bar on full screen gestures but now I have it on buttons

No idea what to tell you, never encountered that issue. Factory reset might be worth considering.

Did you try to reboot your phone after changing to "buttons" from "full screen gestures"? And what about to clear "System launcher" data?

Found the issue. It was the theme I was using. I don't know why it has a white bar instead of the buttons anyway now it's working without the theme
