Mix 4 ROM question

Good day.

I have a Xiaomi Mix 4, and despite being old, it's an awesome phone. I've had the XIAOMI.EU ROM for about 2 years now, but Google's scummy policies are making it increasingly difficult to use the way I want. Google Pay being the main issue, but I'm not discussing that.

My questions

* If I flash stock ROM (China ROM) and lock bootloader, does it come with Google services? Or can it be installed?
* Will GPAY actually then work?
* If I ever decide to flash Xiaomi.eu again, will I be able to? (bootloader locked, new unlock restrictions, etc)

Some people mentioned a Taiwan ROM with Google services but I am not sure about that. I'm only aware of the China ROM.

Let's start with the end.
I have Xiaomi 13, the Global version with TW stock ROM. It's include Google service, the Google Wallet is working perfectly.
But, actually a big BUT, in order to have Google Wallet to work natively I locked my phone bootloader.
When I bought the phone (2023) was flashed EEA stock firmware version on it. I followed on that time all necessary official steps to unlock my phone. So my Miui account is bind to my device an I can lock and unlock the bootloader when I want (there is a limit of unlocking process, but I don't know what is the number)

Did you unlocked the bootloader or you brought the phone unlocked?

In the past I had a Mi 8 with Chinese ROM. On that device was no Google Pay, I had to do some hacks to install Google Play services.
So as a conclusion, you can flash the stock Chinese ROM WITHOUT locking the bootloader, just to check what came with the stock ROM and what not.

If you flash the Chinese ROM, without locking the bootloader, you will see if you have available Google Service and Google Wallet, obviously it will not work, but at least the you will be able to see if the application is available.

Since your phone is a Chinese version, then you can lock the bootloader ONLY when on the phone is flashed Chinese stock ROM. Locking the bootloader with any other stock ROM will brick your device.

I bought the phone from a friend with original Chinese firmware, with locked bootloader as well as Google services.

I had to create a Xiaomi account, and unlock the bootloader. There was a waiting period of 72 hours if I remember correctly.

I wonder if Google services will be there if I flash, but I suppose I will see.

If not, and I have to load it whichever way that works, and then lock the bootloader, what are the odds of Google Pay working?
