MIUI 13 installation script for windows keep hanging at "Sending dsp..."

Hi, every one!
I'm using a POCO X3 PRO (vayu). When trying to install the MIUI 13 via fastboot i met this problem. The installation script (both scripts for first installation and for upgrading) keep hanging on this step (Sending dsp...). I kept waiting for it for hours but nothing happended. It still kept hanging.
Is there anyone met the same problem as me? Do you have a sollution for this?
