MIUI 12 Floating Window for Mi 6

Im running on miui 12 eu beta
Using Mi6
any Idea how to Activate floating Window..
its appears on the system app but it doesn't appear on the apps..
Any work around to activate?

It's in new MIUI 12 Control Center but your device may be not compatible...

Maybe not compatible . but its on the system. Trying to find/ask a work around. for that feature.
