miui 10.2 v.8.12.6 apps settings revamp where?

All i can see is the same with no png action bar in the apps manager, the theme design needs ti sacrifices the "white" code to make it compatible with dark theme. But the some letters and background also depends on it. This apps manager is the most worse design in all Android os.
