Micloud and sms restore problem

Hi. I ve lost my mi3 today at night. And at noon bought new one and try to restore everything. But no sms, no call log were not restored. In micloud via comp, I see it. Help me was it pls. Maybe its because of 2 devices connected in micloud (lost and new mi3)???? Im trying to find my lost. But:-(

Did you log into Micloud account on your new Mi3?

Yes, of course. Wifi, music are ok. Only sms and call log weren't restored.
