New Mi9 Miui 12 cant turn off alarm

Hello,
My mi9 has miui12 20.5.21

I was using my phone while alarm was going off. I couldn't turn it off there was not a notifaciation either. After an reboot it was over.

For me on Mi9 alarm clock doesn't work sometimes, but it's activated and I set the options same like on miui 11.
