Mi5 Adding Play Store

I have tried every page on the Internet to add Google play store to a China mi5. Every time I do it when I click on play store it stays on the blue screen and never gets to where you can enter your Google login. Has anyone got an actual working method please

Please can someone point me in the direction of a set of instructions to follow. These letter twrp etc mean nothing to me. I'm just a user not an expert
