New [mi4]-(5.5.8) - No Sound Through Earpiece Or Headphones

I cannot call anyone, neither a regular phone call nor through viber/whatsapp, since no sound is coming out of the phone´s earpiece, nor when connected with headphones. Speaker however works fine! So basically no private conversations....
Any ideas?

Ps. While I'm at it, any clues on how to stop the system from reinstalling miclick and browser everytime I restart my phone?
