New MI video pause bug after uninstall

I uninstalled mi video with
pm uninstall --user 0 -k com.miui.videoplayer

This happened after I uninstalled mi video. I reflashed the rom and it's still happening, only other instance of this happening I found is this

UPDATE:
I reflashed the rom and redownloaded the default video player and gallery with
cmd package install-existing com.miui.gallery
cmd package install-existing com.miui.videoplayer

still nothing :/
