New [Mi 9] Microphone does not work when using the loud speaker

Hey,
Very nice Rom, I'm on MIUI 12 12.0.4.0, but it's been 2 version since the mic doesn't work when i'm using the loud speaker.
Testes on the Call apps, Whatsapp, Signal, Snapshat and Discord.

Mi 9 6Gb/128Gb, MIUI 12 12.0.4.0

Alone (with the top speakers for call), the mic work, but with the main speaker, it doesn't.
