New Mi 8 Wifi Sharing doens't work

Hello,

I use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 since 1 year and it work well but i recently change for a Xiaomi Mi 8.
I have a problem to use the wifi sharing with other device.
I used tu use wifi sharing with my Redmi Note 5 and a 4G connection, it's very simple.
With the Mi 8 it doesn't work with correctly.
When the Mi 8 is connected the my box at home in wifi, the wifi sharing work well.
When it's the 4G connection, it doens't work at all, the other phone show a notification, connected but no internet connection.

I disabled the Dual 4G.
Add a new APN with the correct information.
The phone is up to date to MIUI 10.0.3.0.
I don't know with it doesn't work.
If i try to use wifi sharing with my older phone Redmi Note 5 and the same SIM it works perfectly.

Does anyone know this issue ?

Well, none of us has a MI8 so we won't be able to test this unfortunately.

I'm not sure what he's going on about. I just tested Hotspot and it works fine. *On 11/23

I don't see any options for wifi sharing on my Mi 8. I'm not sure what a SIM card has to do with it?
