MI 8 SE completely blocked

Dear friends.

I have a big problem, I beg for your help because I´m completely blocked (as my device).

I was trying to update my phone using XiaomiMiTool, unfortunately, the program didn´t recognize the file that I had just download from XIAOMI.EU. I have unplugged the device during the process accidentally and now the mobile is BLOCKED.

I have tried to receive the password from Xiaomi but.... I didn´t fill my telephone number. I have access to my account but I can not unblock. I´m completely lost.

Xiaomi.eu is Custom ROM.
First you have to flash TWRP via Fastboot.
Then flash ROM via TWRP.
