[MI 8 Lite] [TWRP] [waiting for device]

I'm using the Oficial Global Beta 9.6.27 and trying to install TWRP to change it to Xiaomi.eu, but it keep stucked at the <waiting for device>. I've installed adb and updated the drivers.
The computer recognizes my phone when it's on, but not if it's on fastboot mood. Don't know what else to do. Can someone please help me?

In ADB mode type " adb devices" to be sure you are connected and "adb reboot bootloader" for fastboot access.
Not succesful move to another/second USB output socket and reflash all drivers stuff.
