New location issue after reboot Mi8 Dipper

Hi everyone, on 9.3.28 and 9.4.11 xiaomi.eu at every reboot the location turns itself off and i have to switch the location manually.
if I lose my Mi8 and it turns off I can't locate..
any idea?
