Hello, on my F6 I have the same issue, it cannot decode the data. I need to update using a computer every time.

Are you using the correct TWRP for correct Android version.

Needs to be A15 if on HOS2.0

Has anyone had the Bluetooth icon not appearing in status bar after HOS2.0.205?

It's enabled in status bar section in Settings
