How To Properly Reinstall My Redmi Note 3 Mtk?

Hello,
How can I properly reinstall my Redmi Note 3 MTK? I am on ROM Xiaomi.eu 8.2.1.0 and I would like to properly reinstall this ROM because I have some problems with the current installation. I try a factory reset and reflash the ROM but in the end this does not delete anything, my bootloader is unlock officially. If you could help me this would be nice.

From twrp:
Wipe
And factory reset swipe, reboot.

If you want to delete the internal storage also then choose advanced wipe, select dalvik cache, cache, data and internal storage but remember this will delete your photos, videos etc.
