how to go from weekly ROM to stable ROM?

I have the Xiaomi mi 10 with the twrp installed
Do I just download the ROM and install or do I need to do a reset?
I'm on the weekly Rom 21.3.17

I flashed stable over my weekly rom and it worked pretty good
